Montessori Early Childhood Assistant Course Fully In-Class Calgary

Course Content includes:

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Present early to intermediate Montessori materials in all curriculum areas
Prepare children for reading, writing, and math
Offer a variety of engaging and stimulating activities to children in the classroom or at home
Integrate Montessori principles that foster calmness, concentration, and self-discipline in the child
Recognize various basic areas of child development
Understand and respond to children effectively and efficiently
Work in child settings
Make a difference in the lives of children
Lesson and program plan to meet children’s developmental needs
Support effective group management while serving individual needs

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

In Class Sessions: Attendance is required for all 7 classes

Winter Dates: Saturday March 9, 16, 23 and April 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2024

Day 1: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Day 2 – 7: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
